Organizing Small Church Groups

Small groups are where the real fellowship and discipleship happens within larger churches.

Doing this effectively takes planning and preparation - and an understanding of what the aim of your weekly meetings is, how to keep in touch with members and how to really build a sense of community and belonging.

In Proverbs 29:18, the Bible says "where there is no vision, the people perish", so you'll need to have a clear vision for your group and learn how to communicate that across to each member.
